As your inspector, I will give you unbiased, professional opinion with your best interest in mind. The inspection and the report is for you only–not your realtor, seller, or their agent.
As a graduate of the ASHI school, I adhere to their Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, notably not performing work on the inspected property for 1 year after the inspection, and not being compensated by any agents or contractors for referrals.
You will be provided with a copy of the Limitations and Conditions of the Home Inspection prior to the inspection, which must be signed and returned before the inspection.
A $40 fee will be required for changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Payments are due upon completion of the inspection or services.
